Nexora is a modern e-commerce platform operated by MS Management & Service, offering six main product categories: Fashion Apparel, Digital E-Books, Online Courses, Professional Services, Affiliate Products, and Bakery & Desserts. We provide a curated selection of high-quality products and services to meet diverse customer needs.
Click on “Sign Up” or “Register” at the top of our website. Fill in your details including name, email, and password. You’ll receive a verification email – click the link to activate your account. You can then start shopping immediately!
Note: You don’t need an account to browse, but having one allows you to track orders, save favorites, and checkout faster.
Absolutely. We take data security seriously and comply with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your personal information is encrypted, securely stored, and never shared with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Orders & Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Online Banking (FPX)
- E-Wallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay)
- PayPal (for certain products)
All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can:
- Log in to your account and view order status under “My Orders”
- Use the tracking number on the courier’s website (Pos Laju, J&T Express, etc.)

Digital products (e-books, courses) don’t require shipping – you’ll receive instant access via email.
Before shipping/processing: Contact us immediately at adansin.msmgmts@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to modify or cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed yet.
After shipping: Orders cannot be modified. You may refuse delivery or request a return once received (conditions apply).
Digital products: Cannot be cancelled after download/access. See our Refund Policy for details.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak). International shipping is not available at this time. However, digital products (e-books and online courses) can be accessed globally.
Delivery times vary by product and location:
- Fashion Apparel: 2-5 business days (Peninsular), 5-10 days (East Malaysia)
- Digital Products: Instant to 24 hours (email delivery)
- Online Courses: Instant access upon payment
- Bakery & Desserts: Same-day or next-day (Melaka area only)

- Bakery Delivery (Melaka): RM 10 – RM 25

Returns & Refunds
A: We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products:
- Fashion Apparel: Unworn, unwashed, with tags – 14 days
- Digital E-Books: 14 days (if not downloaded/accessed)
- Online Courses: 14 days (if less than 25% completed)
- Bakery Items: Cancellation 48-72 hours before delivery
Items must be in original condition. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms.

Step 2: Include your order number, reason for refund, and photos (if product is defective)
Step 3: We’ll review and respond within 2-3 business days
Step 4: If approved, refund processed within 7-14 business days to original payment method

- Download the file in PDF, EPUB, or MOBI format
- Save the file to your device for offline access
Online Courses:
- You’ll receive login credentials via email (within 1-2 hours)
- Access the course on our platform or third-party platform (e.g., Teachable)
- Lifetime access unless stated otherwise

Yes! We love creating custom cakes and desserts. You can customize:
